Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG)
ABAG-MTC has assembled a handbook for communities who want to prepare or update objective design standards. The handbook creates a framework for how to integrate detailed standards into a code, by nesting them in overarching design policies and providing clear design guidance. The project provides an array of resources for planners including customizable standards, downloadable zoning graphics, and a model staff report and presentation.
